The crime was helping a foreign power overthrow American Democracy. No crime could be worse. And no coverup worse. In fact there wasn't much of a coverup at all, they just figured they could take care of it once they controlled the country.

Sickening.

Only an idiot would release information that confirms that he commited a crime that is essentially treason in order to prove that he's not covering anything up.

And Junior is almost certainly an idiot.

imho, denials alone do not constitute a coverup, when no attempt is made to even coordinate the denials or their contents

no, this is more of an open flaunting: "yeah we did it, we got away with it, whatcha gonna do about it now suckas?"

completely unprecedented situation, and all the shit is starting to fly into the fan at once
