So when tRump referred to the 400 lb. guy, this was the one he knew about.

tRump often sprinkles his comments with bits and pieces of truth, revealing a lot if you know this. Like references to Russia having Clinton emails last summer. He was so smug looking into the camera and confidently asking Russia to produce those emails. He can't really keep anything secret for long. His propensity for dropping information into his lies is a habit he can't seem to shake. So it stands to reason he would make a reference to a 400 lb. man when there was, indeed, such a guy instrumental in arranging that meeting with the Russian lawyer.
