Don Jr and Jared were willing to commit criminal acts because they were "naive"?

They naively thought they could do the same thing in government that they did in the business world?

How could they have known that criminal acts would be so frowned upon?

They've been doing it for years in the business world and nobody seemed to notice?

They did it because they believed they could get away with it.

That's my take on it because Manafort and Kushner omitted meetings with Russians off their security clearance forms.
