One thing I know: Nothing is more dangerous than a cornered, injured animal.

And that would be Trump, either now or in the near future. Get ready. He will lash out and, as others have said, figuratively kill as many as he can, and drag the country down with him.

This is what's going on with the Mueller strategy. He's desperate to stop the investigation. He'll do just about anything at this point. But he's not at the end of his rope. He still sees a way out. When that way out closes, he'll become very dangerous.

Maybe Congress should think about taking away the nuke codes.

In tact, declare himself a winner, and state that he either cleaned up Washington, or he doesn't want to be a part of the corruption.

If he can't orchestrate that, we are in big trouble.
My thinking is we just need to get him out, even if they all get away...like a burglar with a gun in your house.

but no President has ever been indicted, much less convicted, of a serious crime.

If they impeach him or, more likely, talk him into resigning, that would have to do. As long as he's gone.

Not sure if he'd ever willingly resign. He'd have to KNOW that he either resigns, or he's going to be indicted. So he won't have a choice but to resign. He will, as you say, claim he won and that he wants to go back to his cushy life, now that he has cleaned up Washington.

I agree, just get him out. Let him claim anything he likes.

In the past, that is often how we negotiated with North Korea and other incorrigibles. We gave them something. Let him have a shred of dignity, and something to brag about. If we can save the country and the world, just do it. Who care what he says later? The entire world hates him and knows he is a fool. We will regain some of our credibility as a country if we can just get him out.

I worry a great deal about nuclear war. I know I am not alone.

Many of his associates will continue to fight to keep him in office. They like the money and power. We have to neutralize them first. And we need to regain as many seats in Congress as possible. GOTV.
