Ivanka Trumps (sic) has private lunch with UN chief Guterres

I came to DU to read comments on this from my fellow DUers. I was surprised I couldn't find where anyone had posted it. I apologize if it was posted and I didn't see it.

President Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka had a private lunch Friday with Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, and the White House said the U.N. chief invited her to follow up on her launch of a fund to help women entrepreneurs access capital.
.....
Kim said at the time that the fund had raised more than $325 million so far for projects.....
...
The fund grew out of conversations between Ivanka Trump and Kim early in Trump’s administration. The president announced a $50 million contribution from the United States at the launch.

Seems that's the big republican economic scheme - to keep laundering filthy drug and crime money, and then funneling a fat stream of it into screwing over democracy.

I. Vanka impresses me as a slick operator. I trust her about as much as I trust her ignoble daddy, the lying, cheating, bullying republican Draft-Dodger-in-Chief.

I wondered, too. I am not very good at understanding all the implications of such. But I am good at sensing when there is something with implications.

I don't think I like what little I know of this and am very surprised there isn't more being said about it. I think it seem much more underhandedly than her sitting in at the G20.
