I've also read he's not too intelligent for a job like this that takes quick organization skills. He's probably just what Trump is looking for. I really respect Barbara Lee, and I share her fears over Trump's dictatorial aspirations. But I don't think the Chief of Staff position is how he gets there. I think this appointment is more about running a tighter ship - as compared to Priebus, who Trump believes was undermining him.
