IMO, does anyone know what Russia is going to do to handle automation???

Do they have a UBI plan???

We seem to know a lot about how they going to disrupt our economy, then at least we should get some info on them.

Tim Snyder at Yale has written a lot about this. Couple podcast interviews too.
Russia is poor and kleptocratic. Instead of liberalizing they want to bring the West down to their level. Their billionaires don't care about their poor people - the rich will continue to take all the economic wealth.
