(16,082 posts)But so far FoxxConn has stated they will create up to 3,000 jobs, for the time being!
Divided by 3,000 that's $1,000,000 per worker...with the worker only being paid 53k, the average for that area of Wisconsin!
Which means that FoxxConn is making $947,000 for each worker they hire, plus they get to pollute the water, air, and can disregard all environmental laws!!!
That's if FoxxConn follows through, and they have a history of not doing that!

(8,419 posts)No guarantee, no contractual ties, just an estimate. As per my post below, FoxConn gets all the benefits and the WI taxpayer pays the bill.

(8,419 posts)Now the job creation number is from FoxConn and the Walker Weenies, there is no guarantee of the jobs created, no goal, etc, but we can use for an OPTIMISTIC assumption.
For each job created there will be additional jobs created in the region. Makes sense, you hire workers at FoxConn, they need to spend money so additional jobs are created in the region.
So let's go with a WILD multiplier of 5x, that is for every FoxConn job created there will be five more jobs created in the region.
That would take your number down to 50k per job.
But the state only gets 6.3% tax revenue so we are closer to 750k per job creation as for creating revenue for the state of WI.
So, someone is getting some major welfare paid for by WI taxpayers, and it ain't the FoxConn workers, it ain't the WI taxpayer, it IS Foxconn.
