Who pays for the Buffoon-in-Chief rallies?

Are these costs solely on the back of American taxpayers, or do campaign funds reimburse the USG?

Have any other American presidents had these rallies? I can't recall any. Sure, party political events. But Nazi-style rallies?

I think I read that each time he takes AF-1 to a golf course, it costs $3 million.

No other presidents (that I can recall) have had such rallies unless running for reelection.
