It's been disconnected for a while as MSN explores "better ways for you to engage in discussion." Usually, I go there to point and laugh at the Trumpbots and occasionally to point out a fake Facebook profile (no friends, no history, clearly a sock puppet account). It has been useful as a peek at the Trumpbot proving ground before they try out an argument in real life. I'd really like to see what they come up with to defend Miller's ranting.
