We could have a class action lawsuit charging the house and Senate with refusing to work in attempts to abrogate the constitution I.e refusing to let a president fill a scotus position.

The GOP could retain the right of assembly, but not the right to serve a position of trust.

The lawsuit is rather inspiring. I mean they have wasted enough of the people's money on Benghazi and eliminating the ACA
to establish their ineptness in governing....

Hmmmm... I like it when people talk about problems, the ideas just seem to flow into workable solutions...
