Y'all realize that TV is doing the same thing now as it did during the General Election?

The old adage "There's no such thing as bad publicity" is in full hue and cry. You listen to MSNBC or CNN for hours on end and all you hear is Trump, Trump, Trump. Ball-parking it, 99% Trump/GOP and 1% about what Democrats are doing.

You wonder why we don't hear about Democratic Policy? They have policy plans, but you have to go looking for it, because the networks are busy talking about the Presidential news d'jour. WaPo even had an op-ed that said Trump would probably be willing to be impeached if it kept him in the spotlight. So who gets the name recognition?

How much exposure has the Dems plan to introduce Single Payer? How much exposure have the Dems in Congress gotten over the fact that they continually said they would be happy to work with the GOP to fix the problems with the ACA?

It seems to be all Trump all the time. Worked for him in the General Election and seems to be working for him with the GOP Congress.

of finding bigfoot and storage wars? They love watching a slow motion train wreck. Its not the media's fault, they are just giving the frito's of the world what they want. Unfortunately the Frito's outnumber us.

Sensationalism has been around for a long time but it has reached extreme levels. The sad thing is I am not sure if this helps or hurts Trump. All of the media attention helped Trump in 2016 even when it was bad publicity. But now that he is president I think people may look at him differently since now he is expected to govern and not just campaign.

Right now no Dem laws can pass so media silence on them doesn't much matter. And the FURY Trump is generating among half the voters will create a big anti-trump turnout.

So Media silence on issues doesn't worry me too much.

I mean it's a disaster! He's f*cking up the country but the worst part is that he wasn't even legitimately elected!
