I believe that Trump WANTS to use nuclear weapons, WANTS to displace Truman as the only person in history to have authorized a nuclear detonation.

Trump could care less about the people, the country, the future...he cares about seeing his "legacy" as a powerful leader cemented into the history books forever...

He is a disaster in waiting and everyone covers his bullshit and ignores the reality...he is a dangerously unhinged person in a position unthinkable for one with such limited impulse control and megalomaniacal tendencies...

He really does not care - as long as the attention is entirely on him, good or bad.

will be quick and oh, so easy. With zero experience of what war is like, he has a naive, delutional idea of how it would go. I hope "his generals" are taking him to school on how things will really turn out. Not that he has the capacity to listen or learn.

His predictions for how easy it was going to be to solve all the ills of society are being squashed one by one, so perhaps his propensity for bragging about how quick and easy it will be sort of rings hollow. With his poll numbers sagging and dipping into uncharted territory, maybe he will curb his tongue.
