Elect a new people who do

strong economy, wars winding down, higher wages, job growth, lower gas prices, on and on. In short, everything the Obama admin tried to set in motion in spite of obstructionist GOP and even those in his own party who unfairly criticized him or held his feet to the fire (including me at times). Thanks Obama. Wish you were still in charge.

The one downside of term limits for competent leaders is that too many incompetent ones get a turn as a result. We have revolutions every 4 to 8 years when the government changes hands whether we need them or not. Obama should have been able to stay president as long as he was effective. Our system allows international dictators to gain the upper hand. This is the one major downside to the GOP anti-FDR amendment. The present system suggests we the people can't be trusted to oust failed leaders.

What a nutter he is

No, really. Sick to my stomach.

I'm petitioning the Lord with prayer:
"Do something and do it fast!" Amen.

(Apologies for being 'indelicate' or offensive to those who do not adhere to belief in The Divine One, but I do and it's sustaining me.)

My stomach has been literally corroded for months. I eat Tums and peppermints. I drink milk. I sometimes avoid caffeine and alcohol.

None of that will do much good until we get rid of that orange thing.

Pray all you want. The non-believers here need to step back and respect everyone's beliefs. I don't see enough of that here.

Buying containers of Alka Seltzer antacid weekly.
I get distress from tomatoes, tomato/pasta sauce, tasty and rich foods. Yes, alcohol, too. This came on me since end of last year. 'What could've brought that on? I wonder.'

With all that is in me, I've resorted to payers of demand (yet with reverence). 'He' knew I would come to that at times in my life. So no surprise and no 'shock'.
