The words Wall Street has become a phrase which is loaded with the idea of greed and stealing, but that's inaccurate. There are people who work in Wall Street who are greedy and thieves but that doesn't mean that investing your money there is a bad thing. It's actually a pretty good thing to invest in your country and make a little profit doing so. But to each their own.

After the initial issue of the stock, the money you pay for a stock just changes hands from one gambler to another. It really isnt "investing" it's gambling. Hoping to catch a bubble on the upswing. The bubbles are easily manipulated so the insiders make money and most common folk lose. Now if you are lucky, you may ride along on a big bubble, like in the '90's. And if you time it right and get out before the bubble breaks, you might be lucky.
