Any thoughts about a possible coup in N. Korea?

Hypothetically, if he was assassinated by one of his generals, someone would have to be in charge. Maybe there are some that do not want war but think one might be coming and want to avoid it. How likely there to be a drawn out fight for that position?

Kim must be doing a good job of eliminating any generals with sufficient courage and support to consider a coup.
