Larry Sabato on Charlottesville...

"In my 47 years of association with @UVA, this was the most nauseating thing I've ever seen. We need an exorcism on the Lawn," Larry Sabato, director of the

University of Virginia Center for Politics tweeted.

---I watched every minute. Sickened by their torchlight parade up the Lawn. Outraged by their behavior at the Rotunda. Beyond disgraceful.

I fear nothing will be done, and this movement will grow.

The number of people at this hate festival was alarming to me. I can understand a dozen or so knuckleheads, but hundreds? Very unsettling

(emphasis added)

Probably funded by Soros. He loves agitation and division, like his Master, Satan.

Definitely Soros. Does he think we’ve forgotten how he set up the mobs at the Trump rallies to make people believe they were Trump supporters? We know how he works and thinks.

The other half loves it.

It’s a PR win.

Torch lit processions look fantastic. White people standing up for themselves is something new and exciting.

The Alt-Right has made conservatism inc and the official Republican party look weak an ineffective. As an example: The Alt-Right fought for, and won, the right of Spencer to appear at Auburn University. Young Americans for Freedom backed down (shortly after Spencer et al had showed them how to win) regarding a Coulter speech at UC Berkley.

Fighting for your identity and posterity (what do you thing the American Revolution was about?) is more inspiring than arguments over GDP and tax rates.

Most men under 50 (and some older too) looking to choose between arguments over abstract principles at CPAC and the torch light processions asserting their identity will choose the second.

I for one and every Canadian i know who travels are cancelling any plans they had or thought of to go to the USA. Come to Canada folks. We have our own racists but this would never happen in my country. Our government would not stand for it.

Never been to Virginia, Alabama, Louisiana or any other of the confederate slave states and hopefully never will. I do like Colorado and the Pacific NW but the rest you can have including the state I reside in. For tourism give me Europe any day of the week and twice on Sundays. I've been to London 4 times but have never been to D.C. And I'm ok with that.

I am ashamed about the whole situation for them, especially as the relatives they are visiting are huge Trumpers

He sheltered students in either his home or office (can't remember which) for fear of their safety.

It's all horrible.
