Well maybe, but only after they go home, stew in their hate, and then attack a neighbor, shoot a coworker, beat a family member, or otherwise take some other violent action that can be passed of as a troubled individual whos actions couldn't really have been predicted or prevented.

I'd worry about them. This is SOP in this country. Just look at the pumpkin fest riot, surfing competition riot, and lets not even get into that whole fiasco at the Bundy Ranch where there were rifles aimed at federal agents from bridges above. Those are just a few.
