The car had no license plates visible, the windows were heavily tinted.

I suspect the car was driven directly to a garage where a crew was waiting to tear it apart and the parts trucked out of VA to other states to be buried (if they were smart... perhaps not).

Yet to be seen if the crash into the other car (that probably wasn't part of the plan) left enough forensic evidence to track the car to the owner... but again, if they were smart the owner would have reported the car stolen a few days ago.

I would wait for verification.
