I think that we can find a lot to like in many of the Democrats that we don't agree with on every single issue.

It's my understanding that they were not all from Charlottesville, and that's what he meant.

The "America" comment was probably made with the broad brush as well.

I don't think he was telling them to get out of America.

When I first read the statement, I thought it was a statement from one of the alt-right Nazi protest leaders.

But McAuliffe has had a stressful day, so if he doesn't choose the best words, it can be forgiven. The meaning still comes through.

Within 24 hours, the nation went from "Well, free speech..." to "Yeah, fuck white supremacist nazis..."

I haven't searched very far out of my safe social communities.

But, it's nice to hear people come out very clearly against them. The "pros" seem to be weak "well...there was violence on both sides...makeshift flamethrower...blahblahblah.

That flamethrower pic is fucking awesome.

I personally have no problem taking "rights" away from neo nazi/white supremacist groups nor people who defend themselves against them.

As being outsiders here in Virginia. At least they certainly do not belong in Charlottesville.

I would have had a t-shirt that says, "SAY YOUR NAME"

Obviously to them that would be NAZI.

Or if t-rump saw it he would say "the Real Donald J Trump, Furor"

..of some previous POTUS who owned slaves. Jefferson had children by a slave not much older than a child herself. Washington was known for having false teeth made from wood. Actually, he owned a set of false teeth made from the the teeth of living slaves. Our nation needs to tell the truth about our history. Not sugarcoat it to the point anyone would celebrate the racism held by many of our "founding fathers".

Also, I'm certain most of the Trump base who rioted in Virginia, were from Virginia.
