Arpaio lost his re-election bid by nearly 10 points. He needs to stay his ass out of state politics.

Arpaio was a flaming racist. He ruined hundreds of lives. He blatantly ignored a court order. This is sick.

It is a misdemeanor. He probably was only going to get probation anyway. The maximum sentence is six months but jail time was unlikely. The pardon will not expunge the conviction.

I worked to get Penzone elected when I was in Arizona. Many former Joe diehards gladly voted against him. People were that sick of his divisive bullchit.
