In The End The GOP Will Stand W/Trump. Most Republicans I Am Sure Agree With Him.

As far as I am concerned Republicans at large still support Trump and think he is right. Republicans I have know seem to have no moral core in the first place. The GOP itself is a white supremacist party through and through. it really is no secret if you pay attention.

What we have to accept is that one of the two major political parties of this country is dominated by Nazis.

What are we going to do about that?

They are conservatives who made an alliance with Nazis to get tax breaks. We need to break the alliance. We damaged it with the failure of ACA repeal. Next up will be the budget, then tax breaks. Both will be heavy lifts for the GOP. We need to make it heavier.

They would become on par with the Libertarian party.

It's not going to happen.

The past is not a good guide right now. Things could go either way. But no major American political party has been a monolith. They have always been coalitions of different groups. Trump is smashing the old Republican coalition. Can he creat a new one? The jury is still out.

Yes it is, but WILL our Democratic votes be counted like rethuglican votes?

Our voting machines are old and very easy to hack. There is a move a foot to close down MORE places where Dems can vote on legislative agendas all across this country. Even here in California, thuglicans are trying to do all they can to limit Dem legislature voting in our DEEP blue state:

Overview of Legislation to Restrict Voting Access.

Overall, at least 99 bills to restrict access to registration and voting have been introduced in 31 states. Thirty-Five such bills saw significant legislative action (meaning they have at least been approved at the committee level or beyond) in 17 states.

What will the ruskies come up with THIS time around in 2018 and as far out as 2020 to limit Dem voting (That's if there is a GE in 2020)?

Yes, we've had a few court rulings which have gone in Dems favor. One in NC and the other in Texas where the court has ordered the districts have been ordered to be redrawn to fairly represent it's voters:

Court invalidates redrawn map for 2 Texas congressional districts.

Decision sets up scramble to redraw lines in time for the 2018 elections.
By Guillermo Contreras August 15, 2017 Updated: August 15, 2017 11:34pm

SAN ANTONIO - A federal judicial panel has invalidated the 2013 map for two of Texas' 36 congressional districts, setting up a scramble to redraw the boundaries in time for the 2018 elections.

In a unanimous decision late Tuesday afternoon, the three-judge panel found that districts 35 and 27 violate the U.S. Constitution and the U.S. Voting Rights Act because the GOP-controlled Legislature drew the map with discriminatory intent.

But we STILL have that ruling coming down the pike concerning Wisconsin concerning gerrymandering later this year with a 5-4 right-winged High Court which could be monumental.

We have an understaffed Dept. of Homeland security that doesn't really seem to CARE if voting is equal. We knew even before tRumputin's allegiance FORMALLY as the leader of the KKK on Tuesday, that he was in love with putin and ruSSia, so look for them to interfere in our next 2 elections. Look for the GOP to REALLY ramp up it's voter-suppression efforts times 1,000. Heir tRumputin has that phony voter commission panel concerning voting co-chaired by rotten, evil racist POS Kris "It's not "clear" that we'll ever know if Hillary Clinton won the popular vote" Kobach. We know about his handy work from Kansas.

Yeah I hate being a kill-joy, but the GOP runs the voting apparatus in this country--from collecting to tallying the votes. Do you trust them in counting Dem votes equally? I'm not seeing anything that makes me even remotely think that voting will be fair or that ALL of our votes as Democrats will even count in our next elections.

I am at least heartened that there are some Republicans like Richard Painter, Steve Schmidt and several others who are speaking up and out against the DEVIL that is tRumputin, and calling for OTHER Republicans to speak up and out as well. STOP this evil, rotten, racist mad man before more people MURDERED like Heather Hyer or are beaten to within an inch of their lives like Deandre Harris almost was due to his "loving, warm embrace" of the KKK, White Nationalists, Nazis in this country. We as HUMANS are in a REAL dog-fight against evil for the direction of the soul of our society. I don't say that lightly.

The don't give a shit- so long as they've got their hands on the levers of power they could have a trained gorilla as President and they'd all hum "Hail to the Chief" as he threw shit at them. As a matter of fact, that's just about what we have now!
