(7,432 posts)Efforts to remove Trumpy from office shows true colors. Trumpy must be separated from the power of his office. Resolutions won't do that.
Trumpy effectively drew the line in the sand. Resolutions only make that line fuzzy. Efforts to remove him from office is the only way to deal with him. He's proven to be the nation's worst enemy. Anyone who waffles is a Nazi sympathizer. There are no longer any areas of grey because this issue is so dangerous that preserving Trumpy as president will (not "can", not "maybe" destroy the Constitution and the nation.
As of now, the GOP may as well change its name to the American Nazi Party.
For as long as they count Trumpy as one of them, they become one with Trumpy's beliefs-- a belief in white supremacy and a belief in Nazism.

(844 posts)Serious question - because as far as I understand it that would still be empty sentiments with no direct consequence.
What they should do if they want to show they aren't on board with this shit is sign something that says they won't help with his agenda till he fires Bannon, Gorka & Miller. This is still only a step in my view but its something tangible I could understand as action.
