The truth will come, hopefully. And speaking of hope? My neighbor, a young man who just moved to "town" from his village is playing a little basketball and has Steppenwolf on his player (whatever it is). This is so encouraging. He is an awesome kid. Starts at University of Alaska in about a week.

Volunteer of the Year for Washington State Parks for three years, an Officer in the local Elks club ( I'm an Officer in the Elks for four years running now, I'll be the Exalted Ruler of my lodge in two years ), he volunteered for state office in the Good Sams camping group for seven years, volunteer of the year for the Local Veterans Home, where he volunteered for ten years, father to three and the Best Father ever.

My Father was everything that 45 is not, I'd give anything to have him back.

Just a little more about my Parents, my Mother is just as free with her time for being a volunteer, she just recieved the Distinguished Volunteer of the Year award 2016-2017 from the Washington State Elks, she also spends a lot of time at the local Veterans home, as do I.

I've known a lot of veterans who would not have put up with this P-O-S president. They may have been intrigued by the talking-points of the right but weren't conned by the RW promises. Living through the depression and WW-II, most of them knew what was right and wouldn't have countenanced the "alt-right".

My father was active during the Truman through Nixon administrations. When he saw the way that the news media and the country was being directed by external forces ($'s mainly) he felt betrayed. My wife's father parachuted behind the lines of the NAZIs (RW thugs) and fought through France, Germany. He enjoyed the flashiness of FuxTV but understood that it wasn't real.

but the recording is important, and the numbers were not on the videographer's side. i think he was brave to do this though i feel as if i would have been screaming and telling them to stop, we cannot know what we'd do in the situation unless/until we find ourselves in it.

i'm here in Durham and they've jailed the activist who took down a statue the other night and charged her with a felony. for some reason these thugs are still loose. wonder why that is.

This is not right. Hope she has great legal representation. I would think that in Durham public opinion would be on her side.
