White power goons chasing some black guy, who stops, shows open hands, but whoops! he can't slip out of his black skin as easily as the hero in the video shucked off his white polo shirt. Let's imagine the black guy begging for mercy and apologizing. Now, let's imagine the reaction of the white power goons: Do they walk away from the black guy in disgust, or does something else happen?

This video is another argument for white privilege, because that kid should have gotten the living snot beat out of him. He just likes to say "White Power." Harvey Fierstein voice: Is that so wrong?

would be at home playing videos games all day instead. And this entire alt-right movement makes them feel like they belong so they can be exploited by the true fanatics. Not much different than what we see with groups like ISIS and the cannon fodder they lure in.

If that's true, then it's both troubling and also slightly reassuring at the same time. Like maybe they will grow out of it or find a real hobby that doesn't involve promoting hatred. That if they continue to be ostracized by society as a whole then they will no longer view it as "cool" to be part of this. But then I also worry that within this group they are seemingly celebrating that murderer and that some other loser will commit acts of violence so he can be celebrated and martyred too. Ughhh.

And maybe promoting hate online through online gaming groups. Like Fox did with the video of using a car to kill and injure protesters ISIS style. As far as growing out of it, some might. But I am sure many grew up with it so it will stay with them. I think since they have been given support and acceptance from the White House, more acts of violence will occur. The double speak about oh they are fringe and not considered conservative or the majority of the conservatives is bullshit as well.
