Who is Chuck Johnson? Any insights as to what is going on here?

Is Rohrabacher a Russian agent? He is a courier for Trump? An intermediary to Putin?

I can only assume those two are trying to claim that Russia was not involved in hacking the DNC and that the "real" scandals are on the Clinton side. These guys are the worst.
