a high level counterintelligence expert, who supposedly had (oddly) been transferred to human resources.

ABC news reported it originally, and some web-based outlets picked it up, but they are just sourcing it to ABC. The story was not reported upon by WaPo or NYT - at all.

Here's one of the DU threads on it with a variety of wild ass guesses as to why this happened, assuming it's true.
