We'll have to stay in the dark and wait to see what it generates.
OTOH, maybe Louise Mensch has "sources linked to" it...

everyone involved directly or indirectly (suspects and/or witness and their spouses served with subpoenas, etc.).

.. but I don't know what to make of it.
One is that Mueller lost his top FBI investigator.
The other is that Mueller might be the savior
we're hoping for.
But as MM pointed out, Mueller's team doesn't
leak, so we'll see.

The point of the article is basically that since special counsels report to the Justice Department, we may never know what Mueller recommended.
Given the scope of this investigation and the high offices held by his targets, I'd say that's preposterously unlikely.
