Edgar Bronfman, Jr. asks, "Ivanka And Jared, Where Are Your Voices?"

Mr. Bronfman, a very smart man I once did business with, has written a column for Huffpost in which he refers to Trump's daughter and son-in-law as "the two most prominent Jews in the United States of America." He chides them for their silence in the face of Trump's white supremacist leanings.

Mr. Bronfman writes, "Where are your voices? As Sir Thomas More so famously said - “silence is assent.” By refusing to make your thoughts known, you are assenting to the beliefs, the character, the characterizations, the actions and words of President Trump."

He goes on to write, "As Jews, we know that the failure to speak up and speak out against hate and intolerance and the behaviors that result, is precisely the wrong thing to do. We must speak out, often and always, whether it is about Charlottesville or Sierra Leone. We must condemn hatred and intolerance at its very first signs, as we have so often been its victims. Where are your voices?"

Sadly, I believe Mr. Bronfman will be disappointed because these two losers are completely infected with Trumpism. They are both grifters and con-artists just like Trump himself. They're just prettier.

It's a well-written column:

Of course, Ivanka and Jared are complicit in Trump's world of hate. They will never disavow Trump. I have no doubt that Jared is guilty of many nefarious financial dealings; it's probably why Trump likes him. I hope Robert Mueller scoops him up with his investigation.

Is she even capable of the self-reflection needed to see her hypocrisy?

I doubt it.

These were members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who smoked, drank, swore, read Penthouse, etc. The only times they were actually Mormon were when it was expedient to be so, such as when applying for jobs, soliciting business, finding a spouse, etc.

Jared Kushner is a Jack Jew. His wife is just a con artist, period.

I haven't heard that expression before. It's an excellent descriptor of these fakes.

Far too many "Christians" can be described as such.

of the many reasons I became disillusioned with organized religion, the awareness that the vast majority of "participants" not only didn't hold any of the ideals, but had no idea what they were. It was basically a social club for them.

At least two. If you bring one, he'll drink all your beer.

It doesn't seem like a compass for moral behavior or compassion. They are supposedly orthodox Jews, and observant. They worship at the altar of money and power, however.
