In a letter to President Donald Trump posted to Icahn's website, the billionaire investor said the decision came after a Friday conversation between the two men.

using his position with Trump. Something about a Oil Refinery and Fuel Blending. Believe Ichan also suffered a Stroke about two weeks or more ago. Bloomberg had a story about both of these items several weeks back. Caught it on Bloomberg Eourpe and was taken down before they got Bloomberg USA.
