Of course when your boss fires you, the Feds won't arrest him either. That's the consequence for being an idiot.

They simply don't understand that fact that "free-speech" doesn't mean we have to allow their side to have the ONLY and final word and stay silent about it. It only means that they are allowed to say it. It doesn't mean we have to put up with it, as long as no criminal action is committed on our part we can protest them wherever they are.

(44 posts)This is much better than what I've usually managed to come up with on the spot while making the same argument. I also think at some point hate speech can become dangerous enough its really not a 1st amendment right anymore. I guess that's a slippery slope thing there though.
