I put on my ISO-certified eclipse glasses...

...and turned on the CNN live feed of the eclipse and couldn't see anything. Did I misread the instructions?

I've been quite surprised at how many people misunderstand eclipse safety. I've actually had someone ask how soon after an eclipse it was safe to look at the sun.
