Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) has an 18 percent job approval rating in Kentucky, according to a new survey.
A Public Policy Polling survey found just 18 percent of respondents approve of the job McConnell is doing, compared with 74 percent who disapprove.
If McConnell were up for reelection today, 37 percent of respondents said they would vote for the Kentucky Republican. Another 44 percent would instead choose a Democratic opponent, according to the survey.
An additional 19 percent said they were unsure.

(4,167 posts)By time he is up for reelection in 2020 they will still vote for him over a Democrat. Only way he loses reelection is if he loses primary to a right wing nut job, which I can see happening

(10,495 posts)They didn't already know that he was an amoral, sold-out SOB? I don't live in KY but know him well enough to know that he is an elitist, chicken shit, back stabbing, lying, cheating bastard who will do anything for Donors and nothing for his constituents except to screw them over!
I would like to say how I really feel but I like DU and wish to remain.
