Showed the "rally" clip and then made that statement.

Talking about the onset of the most dangerous onset of a hurricane in years to pardon Arpaio.

pardons a bigoted brazenly law-breaking official and then does it when people's lives are at stake. Cares not one bit for the rule of law. I siad last week whenever I think this scumbag can't get any lower he manages to do so. It is time for every Democrat to stand up for impeachment.
