My evening

Began with a group viewing of Al Gore's new film. The pain is still acute thinking what might have been. Gore is a great man. Went with some smart and passionate people, one of whom attended one of Gore's trainings earlier this year. It was consoling.

When we got out, we learned two very stark things. Out daughter got her very hoped for assistant teaching position at a Montessori school in her newly adopted Bozeman, MT, which she adores. She is on her way to a career teaching science and love of nature to young children.

And then we learned about the pardon.

Beside myself. This is going to end one of two ways. tRump will go down in ignominy, along with his beliefs. Or the coup has already occurred and we are in for years of fascism. We must act.

There won't be any support for it. They'll both soon be together in the dustbin of history. We will prevail.
