How could we be sure he wouldn't retroactively retire as POTUS?

America needs a President that can stay in the history books without a retroactive retirement. We depend on our President's remaining through their term or terms both in the present and retroactively.

No doubt Dubya is wondering if he can retroactively retire from his time in office, and we would all love that it were possible. But, he owns that mess forever.
