It's going to take 2-3 weeks for some people if they're not downtown, but I suppose the oil refineries and financial hot spots are all he cares about.

You can't restore power when there's 40 feet of water in a road between you and the downed poles and you shouldn't restore power to houses with water up to their rooflines.

water in the meters, water in transformers, and every piece of wet insulation in outlets and switches. In motors of all sorts.

Ya don't just fire up the stove without having the system checked.
