they have allegiance only to the American dollar and that only as long as it is the international currency.

Their shareholders are multi-national, their employees are multi-national, and their customers are multi-national.

It's up to us - we the people - to hold our government to account.

The American voters are to blame for this mess. And until enough of them wake up, we'll be stuck with it in one form or another.

That, by and large, is the Republican party.

Tax cuts are the alpha and omega of the wealthy. They stick with this outhouse shit-chamber no matter WHAT because of the tax cuts. It allows them to gain muchas dollars without that pesky "expanding business" or "hiring".

Once those get pushed through . . . . WHOOAOAAAAAAH NELLY, are you going to see millions of instant Democrats.

Of course, I SAY that; but then remember how, even after his FIRST recession, this country STILL went ahead, ate a bunch of idiot sandwiches, voted for Dubya, and then he proceeded to somehow make things infinitely WORSE during his second term. You know, because Americans are fucking dummies who would jump off a 900-foot cliff before admitting they made a mistake.
