or what the agencies even do, let alone what staffing is needed. He has run out of ass-kissers to place into the vacant positions, and he isn't interested in wasting his time on evaluating qualified people who might speak out against his idiotic views.
The US dominates the world in so many areas, but that didn't happen be chance or without deep planning from multiple agencies determined to advance America's principles and protect our interests. Trump is a lazy, self-serving coward who only care about himself.
