Write offs. They are going to be needing it, when, if, rebuilding, is completed. And quite honestly, this Harvey thing will be a boon for his business anyway. If I was buying furniture, and even Trump will be for all the damage at Mar A Lago, I would head here.

.... for furniture I would shop there.

How many people who lost their furniture because of the flooding
will be needing new furniture?

And the people who are staying @ his shops will no doubt want to
buy his stuff.
