Anyone watching MSNBC, where exactly is that rescue taking place? Need info to find family

I need the name of the plaza, address, city, whatever you've got. Trying to find my sister and family.

Dang, that would worry me too. I went through several hurricanes, and I was really happy for my cell.

It could be the generator is out of gas - so no cell service. Hang in there. It could be a really simple explanation.
