Our country has never had a mentally unstable president before (Reagan is the closest with his "I do not remember" which later turned out to be Alzheimer's). This is new territory and they do not know how to have the conversation. At least they are bringing the subject up a lot more during the past two weeks. That's when Carl Bernstein spoke on CNN and said it the job of the media and journalists to corner the GOP reps and make them go on the record admitting he IS crazy.
