Good lawd, the governor of Texas is an ass kisser extraordinaire. (Original Post) demmiblue Aug 2017 OP
I had to change the station, I can't listen to him sucking up to that asshole. redstatebluegirl Aug 2017 #1

I should turn it off, as well. Trump's total cluelessness/fake facade raises my BP.

There are times when kissing ass is a necessary evil. His state is going to need massive amounts of money, resources etc. Twilter has a well deserved reputation for being a vindictive ass. I wouldn't put it past him to screw things up if he got his nose out of joint over how the governor treated him.

It's like that creepy cabinet meeting/massive "Praise Trump" session. He's the epitome of the boss you need to flatter OR ELSE.

That doesn't excuse the fact that the GOP is enabling him at every turn, but everyone should now be aware of what happens when someone irks him.

And then he'll go right back to D.C. and continue to de-fund and de-regulate and deny climate change and basically undo everything that we're seeing is helpful.
