I think President Obama was being very generous in calling the Ryan Budget social darwinism, when in reality it should be called for what it is: genocide. Obergruppenfuhrer Ryan wants to cancel Medicare, Medicaid and a host of safety net programs for the poor. He aims to disenfranchise millions of Americans who will literally suffer starvation and lack of medical care under his program. Nice call Ryan.
