Parallels between Katrina and Harvey

I can't help but think there is another attempt to wipe out poor and vulnerable people from certain areas (especially minorities) so the rich can take over and gentrify the area. Sad but true so many from New Orleans came to Houston to start over. It's heartbreaking that corruption and greed is rampant and many are helpless.
