Crime pays: Don Trump Jr. to receive $100k for speech at UNT

https://www.google.com/amp/thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/348803-trump-jr-getting-100k-to-speak-at-unt%3famp

"President Trump's eldest son will receive $100,000 later this year to speak at the University of North Texas for their Kuehne Speaker Series, the university's student newspaper reports.

The North Texas Daily reported on Thursday thatDonald Trump Jr. will receive $100,000 for a 30-minute lecture followed by a Q&A section and a VIP photo opportunity. Trump Jr. will be given the questions to the session ahead of time, according to the paper.

The contract signed by Trump Jr. also provides for up to $5,000 in lodging and transportation.

The report comes as Texas continues to recover from the damage caused by Hurricane Harvey.

Trump Jr. is currently at the center of special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia after news broke in July that Trump Jr. and former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort had met with a Kremlin-linked attorney to discuss incriminating information aboutHillary Clinton.".....(more)

Ethics, schmethics.

He isn't worth $1,000. How on earth is he getting that much and who brokered that deal? How is this family of grifters getting away with robbing this country blind?

3. $5,000 for lodging and transportation is obscene.

He should be able to find a first class hotel and transportation for less than $1,000.

While UNT doesn't have a strong liberal tradition there are enough Democrats there that some of them will protest. $100,000 is way too much for a public university to pay for someone with his lack of experience and dubious connections.

every penny he can get his tiny hands on to pay for legal fees, and "putting food on his family" while he's IN PRISON!

So here's to 'ya Junior. You'll be very popular on the cell-block, and your training about bribery working alongside Daddy will come in very handy while incarcerated.

that Crook45 modeled at all the Harvey events will be funneled into CrookJr's astronomical legal fees. Meanwhile, storm-ravaged Texas taxpayers will be soaked once again so that the students at NTU can learn the Three Rs---reading, racketeering, and 'rithmetic.
