He has no political party. He has no loyalties. He is unique in his apolitical avarice and greed. He is interested only in what is good for him, his ratings, and his checkbook.
That is why he is easily manipulated by anyone who understands who he actually is. By anyone, from Putin to Pelosi, he can be worked by making him believe that a certain decision is good for Donald Trump somehow.
Donald Trump is nothing, believes nothing, and wants nothing but what benefits him. Properly handled, he can be a tool of many uses.

(7,715 posts)I really worry that somehow he gets associated with the Dems. In other words, the Repugs are somehow going to twist things so that, in the minds of the rank-and-file voter in 2018, the Buffoon's antics are attributed to the Dems.
If they could swiftboat John Kerry, anything is possible.
