Remember that they have his phone conversations, his tax returns, his records of property ownership, his offshore accounts, and they are investigating him to eleven years back.

He's ruined, everything will be taken from him, he will be flat broke and homeless.

A pardon won't cure that.

with immunity from prosecution then maybe I'd rat out the hive. I wouldn't talk, but I'd certainly wiggle my bottom in all the right directions. Not that I am a bee, but...buzz buzz.
