He once held a speech on the Senate-floor while the Senate was out of session... And then sold it as a filibuster to solicit donations.

And he hated Trump. Then Trump invited him to a round of golf and suddenly he liked Trump.

Paul's resistance to the bill is just his way of asking for a bribe.

After he voted for the skinny repeal which only removed the individual and employer mandate no one should take him seriously on this. Pretty sure this crappy bill repeals the employer and individual mandate as well.
