Very Likely Congress Will Be Exempt From This Bill.

Since we do not know the details of this secret legislation it is very likely Congress and the President will be exempt from this bill. No matter how sick they get or what it costs they will get all the treatment they demand. They will get extra ordinary treatment in fact.

But they do not care since they have so much money they do not need it at all. It is a formality that comes with their job.
